I have put together some of my favorite leg exercises that can also get your heart rate up and make you sweat! Try doing one or all of these. Want a quick workout today? Try doing each exercise for about 45 seconds each and repeat it 3 times total. Want to get even more cardio in? Try doing them as fast as possible in those 45 seconds (don’t forget to make sure your form is correct before speeding through them).
Start by doing a warm up for at least 3-5 minutes. I always do some jumping jacks or jump rope as my warm up, but just running in place will work too!
