Total transparency here: I have really been struggling lately with my motivation to work out. I'm not sure why, but my body tends to go through these spells of not being motivated and feeling like I am having to force myself to exercise instead of actually enjoying what I am doing. The older I get and the busier I get, the harder that this gets for me.
I know that that is human. I know that there is no one person who absolutely loves to work out 100% of the time. Welllll maybe there are those people but I like to think that they are just downright crazy.
